Teens Program (13-17)

Introductions to technique, movement and game play. Racket preparation and control is essential.

Basic strategy is taught and implemented. More in depth rules of the game is cemented through match play and referring.

Training consists of basic solo and group drills, fitness exercises and matches.

Group meets 3 times per week for 45 mins , Ages 13 - 17
